This hotel suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, a bar, and helpful staff. I remember the wonderful assistance with printing during my first stay. I highly recommend it. I’m coming back for Christmas!

i had a lovely stay at the highlander. the recently updated room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy rest after a long journey. breakfast was delicious, with a good variety, which exceeded my expectations from my previous stay in newtonmore.

The Double Room was super spacious and clean. Beds were comfy, which was a big plus. They had good storage, a decent TV, and a nice shower. The bathroom was spotless too. Only issue was some noise from other rooms, but it wasn’t too disruptive. pretty good for a night’s stay!

The lack of soundproofing in rooms can be quite disturbing!!! Upgrades to outdated furnishings and decor are desperately needed to improve the overall experience!!!

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! We explored the Cairngorm Mountain for some winter fun and biked at Laggan Wolftrax. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. Rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a great base for adventures in the North of Scotland.

One downside was the creaky floorboards from the room above us, which made it a bit noisy during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay exploring the nearby Cairngorm Mountain where the kids loved the snow activities. The hotel was a comfortable base, and we enjoyed the friendly service and cozy atmosphere. The pack lunch they provided was a nice touch for our family day out.

My children wanted a better selection of meals tailored for kids. The food variety at the hotel is quite limited for our family.

Spent a night here. The room was comfy and clean, and breakfast was on point! Only real bummer was the dodgy shower pressure. I swear it was just a trickle! Plus, dining options were limited. The bar could use a refresh too. But overall, decent vibes and friendly staff.

Cozy room, friendly staff, the location is excellent for starting the North Coast 500, and the free wi-fi feature made planning our adventures much easier during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay with a cozy family room and enjoyed the lovely pool and relaxing garden area. The breakfast was a bit basic but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. If you get a chance, sit outside and soak up the sun! ☀️
